These terms apply to your use of the Predicify website at predicify.com, operated by Deniz Group LLC, a Florida company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Where Predicify stands today
Predicify is not open to the public yet. This website describes what we are building and lets you ask for early access. Requesting access does not create an account, a membership or any promise that we will offer you access, or offer it on any particular date.
Research and information only
Predicify is a research and modeling platform. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice, or an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or trade anything. We do not offer real-money trading, and we do not hold or manage anyone's money.
Examples, figures and descriptions on the site are illustrative. They are not a track record and do not predict future results. Forecasts and probabilities are estimates, and they can be wrong. Statements about planned features describe our intentions, not commitments.
Using the site
You may browse the site and submit an early-access request for your own use. Please do not:
- submit someone else's email address without their permission;
- send automated or abusive traffic, or try to probe, disrupt or bypass the site's protections;
- copy the site's text, design or code to present as your own.
Our content
The site's text, design, name and logo belong to Deniz Group LLC or its licensors. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. Other uses need our written permission.
Third-party names
Where the site names other companies, data sources or markets, those names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe where data comes from or what a feature covers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Deniz Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss from relying on content on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes
We may update these terms, for example when Predicify opens to members, in which case there will be separate terms for the service. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
